The Amboseli Conservation Program was founded in 1967 to conserve Amboseli’s wildlife and its ecosystem to the benefit of its people.

Our mission aims to bring together the communities and organizations of Amboseli to develop land use practices that improve the livelihoods and well-being through the coexistence of people and wildlife.

Our vision is to keep the Amboseli Ecosystem rangelands open, diverse and healthy for the benefit of people and wildlife.
